Mary Pallone - Personal Trainer
Mary
Pallone earned her Bachelor of Health Services degree in 1977 from
Ohio State and Florida Atlantic Universities. She worked for nineteen
years in social services in Broward and Palm Beach counties before
becoming certified as a personal trainer through the American Council
of Exercise (ACE). Mary joined the staff of Fitness for Women of
Boca in 2001.
Mary
completed several courses in weight management and is certified
by the ThinkLight! Weight loss plan. Continuing education credits
include: upper and lower body strength for the older adult; modifications
for special populations; exercise and knee replacement; exercise
and hip replacement; post rehab shoulder training, and post rehab
strategies for the back.
Mary
will design an individualized program for you to improve your physical
fitness. The real "fountain of youth" is a healthy
lifestyle including regular exercise.
Mariee'
Dobbs - Personal Trainer
Mariee'
received her certification as a personal trainer through "Future
Fit" National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT).
For the past 16 years, Mariee' worked in a corporate environment
as a business manager.
For
the past 21 years, Mariee' has made exercise and eating right a
way of life and she is devoted to teaching others. She can show
you how to increase your energy levels, feel better, and achieve
your fitness goals by adding regular exercise and good eating habits
to your lifestyle.
Tamea
Wimmer - Personal Trainer
Tamea
earned her certification through the International Fitness Association
(IFA). She is also majoring in Exercise Science and Health Promotion
at Florida Atlantic University.
Tamea
brings with her an extensive knowledge of total wellness from training
various ladies of all ages and fitness levels. Tamea specializes
in developing strength and conditioning workouts for all fitness
levels. In the past few years, Tamea has developed a passion for
designing programs that promote an overall healthy lifestyle. She
does not believe in diets-instead she stresses the importance of
healthy eating habits that can be maintained for life.
Andrea
D'Agostino - Personal Trainer
Andrea
received her certification as a personal trainer through the International
Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). She also earned her Bachelor
of Arts degree from the University of Hartford and Juris Doctorate
degree from Western New England College School of Law. She is also
certified in "Best Exercise for Osteoporosis" and
"Sit and Be Fit".
Andrea
became involved with fitness over 20 years ago, assisting her husband
running his fitness center in Springfield, Massachusetts, while
she attended law school. Through she did pursue a career in law
and human resources; she always knew that eventually she would come
back to her love of fitness and exercise.
Andrea
has been a member of Fitness for Women of Boca Raton since it opened
in Boca Raton in 1999. She works with all ages and fitness levels.
Annelle
Runner - Personal Trainer
Annelle
has been in the fitness industry for over 11 years. She brings with
her an understanding of health as well as the philosophy that each
client's specific needs may vary; therefore, she customizes each
program. Annelle assists each client in achieving her goals and
bringing out her best in a dynamic and individual way.
Annelle
holds a degree in interpersonal communication. This knowledge coupled
with an extensive background in fitness provides each member with
the ideal formula for total fitness.
